Bison Dip is teaming up with Tops Friendly Markets this football season to reward customers by sending them to the game! For each Bills home game this year played at Ralph Wilson Stadium, Bison will give away a ‘Game Day’ package consisting of a 6-pack of tickets to the game, exclusive pre-game on-field passes, and a Bills prize pack, in addition to a year’s supply of Bison Dip! How To Enter Registering for each of the 7 Bison ‘Game Day’ prize drawings is easy! Every time you use your Bonus Card to purchase Bison Dip at your neighborhood Tops, you are automatically entered into the next drawing. The registration periods for each ‘Game Day’ package are as follows…and individuals can receive multiple entries during each period.
Purchase is not required in order to register to win…consumers can also enter by submitting their name, complete address with area code and telephone number on a 3x5 card and mailing in a stamped envelope to: Bison Dip ‘Game Day’ sweepstakes, 25 Anderson Rd., Buffalo, NY 14225, ATTN: Marketing. Eligibility The Bison Dip ‘Game Day Giveaway’ promotion is open to all individuals 18 years or older by 8/17/08. Employees or family members of employees of Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Tops Markets, the Buffalo Bills, or their parents or subsidiaries are not eligible to be awarded prizes in this sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Odds of winning depend on the number of Tops Bonus Card and mail-in entries. General Conditions All mail-in entries must be received by the Friday before the drawing date. The winner for each prize will be decided on the day after registration ends via a random drawing from a collection of both Tops Bonus Card entrants and website entrants. Bison will attempt to notify each winner that day, and will continue to attempt to notify the winner for 2 additional days…if Bison is unable to contact the winner by the Wednesday prior to the game, that individual will forfeit their prize and another winner will be chosen from the remaining pool of entrants. Neither Upstate Niagara Cooperative nor Tops Markets are responsible for technical failure of any kind or for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, altered, illegible or postage due entries. Prize The winner of each drawing will receive the following elements as part of their prize pack: six (6) lower-level tickets to the Buffalo Bills football game as indicated in the above drawing schedule, six (6) pre-game on-field passes for the corresponding game, one (1) Buffalo Bills prize pack made up and consisting of items donated by the Buffalo Bills. Upstate Niagara Cooperative reserves the right to substitute and change any of the prize elements as is deemed necessary. Upstate Niagara Cooperative also reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time during the promotion period. Sponsor is not responsible for winners’ limitations that prevent acceptance or use of any prize. All individuals participating in the grand prize will be required to sign a waiver freeing Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Tops Markets, and the Buffalo Bills from any responsibility for any injuries or damage to persons or property from any aspect of the promotional prize. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify the winners’ agreement and consent that Upstate Niagara Cooperative may use the winners’ name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration. |
