Ingredients:
6 beef filet mignon steaks
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
3/4 cup dry white wine
1 cup Bison Roasted Garlic & Parm Dip
2 oz. Stilton cheese, crumbled
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
Directions:
Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Set aside. In a
medium saucepan, cook wine over high heat until it is
reduced by about half. Reduced heat to medium and add the
Bison Roasted Garlic & Parm Dip, Stilton, oregano, and basil.
Continue to stir until cheese melts completely and the sauce
is smooth and creamy. Keep warm.
Set grill to medium-high heat. Grill steaks to desired
doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Transfer
steaks to a large serving platter and cover with desired
amount sauce. Serve and enjoy. |
