Ingredients:
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 egg
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
2 cups crushed peanuts
2 cups Bison Cottage Cheese
2 tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. pepper
Directions:
Combine above ingredients and bake in loaf at 350
degrees for about 30 minutes. |
