Bison® Ranch Potato Salad

Servings: 4-6
Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
5 cups diced potatoes
3 green onions, chopped
4 tbsp. vinegar
1½ cups Bison Ranch Dip
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain and cool. In a large bowl, combine potatoes and green onions. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes and stir in Bison Ranch Dip. Refrigerate for several hours, or overnight.
