Ingredients:
4 cups potatoes, diced
2 small onions, chopped finely
4 cups Bison Sour Cream
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
Bring two cups of water to a boil; add potatoes and
onions; and cook for 15 minutes. Stir in Bison Sour Cream
and cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender. |
